Supporting your emotional health through Telehealth!

The world is not always an easy place to live. Sometimes our circumstances are beyond our control, but we can learn to change the lens through which we view our circumstances. Through counseling, you and I can work together to help you develop coping strategies, increase personal growth, strengthen your emotional well-being, address unresolved issues, explore patterns of behavior, and improve interpersonal relationships. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental place for clients to process their feelings and navigate the difficult issues of life.

I've been licensed in Texas for over 20 years. I work with teen and adult clients experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, marriage & family conflict, teen issues, adoption issues, behavioral issues, self-esteem issues, parenting issues, Asperger's, grief/loss, divorce, blended family issues, trauma/crisis, and anger management.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps to overcome unhealthy/distorted thought processes, leading to positive changes in emotions & behavior. I incorporate other therapeutic approaches as well, tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each client. I provide Christian Counseling for those who wish to integrate their Christian faith into therapy.

No matter what you are facing, there is hope, and I would be honored to come alongside you as an objective, empathetic counselor who can see the potential in you and help you to see it in yourself! Please contact me to set up an appointment to get started on your journey to emotional well-being!
